A few simple guidelines help every class and recovery visit run smoothly.
Cancellation
Group classes require 12 hours notice. Recovery visits require two hours notice.
Expiration
Single Classes expire in seven days. Pilates 5-Packs and recovery purchases expire in 30 days.
Grip Socks
Grip socks are required for every Pilates class and available in the studio for $18.
Arrival
Arrive five minutes early so class can begin on time and everyone can get settled.
Purchases
Purchases are final. Late cancellations, missed visits, and expired sessions remain charged to the account.
Recovery Access
Recovery is available exclusively to active Pilates clients before or after class, subject to availability.
