Emergency exception
One grace exception may be requested every six months for a documented emergency. Requests must be submitted within 24 hours to heretohelp@gpilatesstudio.com. Approval is not guaranteed.
Which class should I start with?
If you are new to the studio or newer to reformer Pilates, start with Foundations Intro or Foundations.
Foundations Intro is the best first step for new clients who want a more supported introduction to the reformer, studio flow, and core movement patterns.
G Movement is the signature full-body class and the one most clients build into their weekly routine.
G Force is best for clients who are already comfortable with pacing, transitions, and reformer-based movement.
Restore is ideal for lower-intensity days, mobility work, and active recovery.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled class or session.
Late arrivals may not be admitted once class has started in order to protect safety and the studio flow.
What should I bring? Do I need grip socks?
Wear comfortable movement-friendly clothing and plan to arrive hydrated.
Grip socks are strongly recommended for Pilates classes.
For Recovery Duo, wear light comfortable clothing or swimwear as appropriate, and hydrate before and after use.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final.
Classes, packages, memberships, private sessions, recovery services, workshops, and retail purchases are non-refundable once purchased.
Late cancellations, no-shows, missed sessions, expired sessions, and unused time within a billing period are forfeited.
Documented medical situations may be reviewed case by case at Studio discretion.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards.
Cash, checks, Venmo, Zelle, and peer-to-peer payment platforms are not accepted for services.
Maintaining an account authorizes charges to the payment method on file for purchases, membership renewals, late cancellation fees, no-show fees, and applicable administrative charges.
Are packages or sessions transferable?
No. Purchases are for individual use only.
Class credits, packages, memberships, sessions, and recovery reservations may not be shared, gifted, sold, or reassigned to another person.
When do packages and offers expire?
- Pilates packages: expire 90 days from purchase.
- Introductory offers: expire 14 days from purchase unless otherwise stated.
- Gift cards: expire 6 months from purchase unless otherwise noted.
Expired sessions are forfeited. Extensions, pauses, or rollovers are only granted with written Studio approval.
How do memberships work?
Memberships are designed for consistent weekly practice and renew automatically based on the Membership Agreement signed at enrollment.
Cancellation terms, notice requirements, and any minimum commitment are governed by that agreement.
Once a billing cycle has processed, refunds, credits, or prorations are not issued for unused time or sessions.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. A signed waiver is required before participating in any class, private session, or recovery service.
Electronic acceptance during booking is legally binding.
What should I know before using infrared sauna or cold plunge?
Recovery services involve heat and cold exposure and should be used responsibly.
Please follow all posted guidelines and staff instruction at all times.
Do not use recovery services while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or sedatives, and exit immediately if you feel dizzy, numb, disoriented, or unwell.
What if I have a medical condition or I’m pregnant/postpartum?
If you are pregnant, postpartum, injured, or managing a medical condition, consult your physician before participating.
You are responsible for disclosing relevant conditions or limitations before class, training, or recovery use.
Do you use photos or videos for marketing?
Photos or short videos may occasionally be captured in the studio for marketing or promotional use.
If you prefer not to appear, submit a written opt-out request to heretohelp@gpilatesstudio.com.
What if I think a charge is incorrect?
Email heretohelp@gpilatesstudio.com so we can review it directly.
Chargebacks for valid purchases may result in account restriction and recovery of applicable administrative costs.
