Which class should I start with?
If you are brand new to the reformer, start with the Beginner Intro, a free 15-minute introductory session to learn reformer setup and studio flow.
If you are ready for a full class, start with Beginner or Beginner / Open.
Beginner is best for newer clients, form refinement, and building control.
Beginner / Open supports clients who want a steady, accessible class with room to progress.
Beginner / Intermediate adds more coordination, strength, and flow.
Intermediate / Advanced is best for experienced clients ready for more pace, control, and challenge.

The Beginner Intro is a free 15-minute introductory session for clients who are new to the reformer.
It covers reformer setup, studio flow, basic alignment, and what to expect before booking into the full class schedule.
This is not a full Pilates class. It is a short orientation designed to help you feel more confident before starting.
