What to expect
Before your session
Arrive hydrated and avoid heavy meals immediately before heat or cold exposure.
During your session
Recovery is not about staying in longer. It is about choosing the amount of heat or cold that feels right for your body.
After your session
Take your time, rehydrate, and allow your body to return to baseline before leaving.
Recovery safety
Heat and cold exposure are not appropriate for everyone. Please consult your physician before booking if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular concerns, uncontrolled blood pressure, fainting history, seizure history, neuropathy, diabetes-related circulation issues, are taking medications that affect heat or cold tolerance, or have any medical condition that may affect safe participation.
Do not use Recovery while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Exit immediately if you feel dizzy, lightheaded, numb, nauseous, short of breath, or unwell.

Do I need to be a Pilates client?
Yes. Recovery is currently available exclusively to current Pilates clients.
Can I book before class?
Yes. Recovery may be booked before or after Pilates, based on availability.
How long is Heat Recovery?
Heat Recovery includes sauna time up to 50 minutes in the Sunlighten mPulse® Infrared Sauna.
How long is Cold Recovery?
Cold Recovery is up to a 20-minute visit. Most clients spend 3–10 minutes in the cold plunge.
How long is Contrast Recovery?
Contrast Recovery is up to 60 minutes and includes both infrared heat and cold plunge in the same visit.
