Purpose: Core-driven full body flow. Previous Reformer experience required.


Intermediate Hybrid

Duration: 50 minutes
Equipment: Reformer + Tower/Chair
Level: Intermediate
Purpose: Control, endurance, strength using all equipment.


Quickie

Duration: 35 minutes
Equipment: Reformer + Tower/Chair
Level: Experienced Only
Purpose: Time-efficient burn. High energy, fast format.
